My Daily Health Tracker

I use this every day.  It may seem lame that I have to put scripture reading and prayer on a schedule to accomplish them but my life is so busy right now.  When I see it on my schedule it reminds me each time I look at it.  When I actually sit down to read it, I'm not just reading them to check it off my list.  They are on the list because they need to be there for me to fulfill a spiritual necessity in my life.  I make sure to ponder them and at some point I wont need to look at the sheet to remember.

I laminate this sheet and put it in my kitchen with a dry erase marker to mark them off as I go.
