The Homeroom of Life

Saturday, October 5, 2013

So many things have happened in the past months.  I received a oophorectomy at the end of March that has helped my health a lot.  I'm still struggling with some internal health problems, but it is a great deal better than before.  Aaron was excepted to the program he wanted in South Bend Indiana.  It's all such an incredible adventure.  We found a wonderful house and love our neighborhood here.

We also were able to go home to Washington state this summer.  It was a long drive but we saw a lot of the country and some historical landmarks.  We enjoyed time with family and felt blessed to have such a wonderful opportunity to be around those we love.

Now we are in our new home in Indiana and after some organizing and decorating our home is cozy and inviting.  I've started homeschooling again, and am enjoying our large new school room in the basement.  The kids are happy here and we have met knew friends that we have been doing activities with.  They have a large homeschool community here and it is very refreshing to know more people doing what we are.  It is shaping up to be an amazing year this year.  Can't wait to share the fun!!!
