My husband is starting a pediatric rotation today. He is going to miss out on some of the fun things we are doing this week, so we are going to surprise him. We are all going to dress up one night, play music, have goodies, and play games (maybe watch It's the Great Pumpkin Charley Brown) when he gets home.
Building with Lincoln Logs and Mega Blocks.
Using Shapes to create!
Metal as a conductor of heat!
Aubrey's handwriting workbook. She is doing great!
Dallen working hard at handwriting. He's getting it. :)
Christian making different types of clouds.
Explaining light waves.
Discovering the shapes of sugar and salt.
Part of the metal heat conductor experiment.
Making Angelico's Art in the round with a friend.
Making Empress Justinian's Crown.
Wearing Empress Justinian's crown. :) I'm wearing Christian's.
Playing a Spanish game at the park with some friends.
Sheep: "Lobo, Lobo, que Estas haciendo?
Wolf: "Voy a comer a mid ovehitas.
Sheep: "Quienes son tus ovejitas?"
Wolf: "Ustedes!"
Then the wolf chases the sheep until he gets them all. :)
Aubrey making a book about dogs.
Autumn being cute.
Our new trampoline!!!
Playing on our new trampoline!!!
A puzzle we did on a day when Dallen was sick with a stomach bug.
Aubrey's fist try at making cookies all by herself. She is naming them "Aubrey's Accident Cookies." It really should be, "Mommy's Mess-Up Cookies," because I'm the one that didn't label the containers holding powdered sugar, and flower. We caught the mess-up before it was a complete loss. The cookies still tasted good. :)
On the horse at the store. A fun amusement for only a penny.
Also, as a side note, I am starting a Whole30 today. I will be starting another blog to follow my progress. I really want to understand my body more and figure out what foods my body is sensitive too. I would sure like to see a lot of my health challenges gone for good.
"Let the adventure continue," I always say.
